Be careful with what you are training others for…

Yes, be careful about it.

We all are training others about how to deal with US. We do it as an individual, we do it as an organization.

  • If you are about 50% off sale, 12 times a year, don’t be surprised if your customers stop buying things at regular price. You’re training them to wait for the sale.
  • If you tolerate any form of harassment, you are training the rascals to treat you like trash.
  • If you make 51 last and final call for passengers, traveling from…., don’t be upset if the passenger orders a coffee on your first announcement.
  • If the only way to get a raise in salary is by finding a new job and giving resignation, don’t be surprised if that’s how they deal with you.
  • If you give a shut-up call to anyone who disagrees with you, don’t be surprised if you are left with your own mental garbage.

So yes, we must be super careful with what we are training others for. The way you engage with others trains them on what to expect from interactions with you.
