Gift Shopping Guide

I know it’s difficult. And particularly when you have last 17 minutes to decide [though having 17 hours or 17 days doesn’t helps much…]

Here are few ideas to consider:

  1. Buy homemade / handmade items from people who are passionate about what they are doing… Passion is visible.
  2. If you are super lazy, and you don’t care much about the person you are buying the gift for… go get a gift card. For anyone you care about… Don’t buy gift cards. It’s lazy, dumb, and dull.
  3. Don’t buy for big stores who don’t care about you. Yes — this will change the game. And I am telling you… we are now living in a world that I call “Alternate Abundant”.
  4. Give a donation to a cause or a charity in the name of the person you are buying the gift for. Ask the charity to send him/her an acknowledgement slip. Who knows, you might onboard a life-time donor.
  5. Buy books. Gift them. We need readers. It’s an urgent matter. Gift books to your children (and to your spouse if it’s safe).

I hope it helps.
