Reading is perhaps, one of the finest nourishments to human brain. However, one must understand that there is a very little difference between someone who cannot read and someone who will not read. The result of either is ignorance. Reading is one fair way to rise above the ordinary.

As a learning and development professional, I feel sorry for the state of book reading. I strongly believe that leaders may or may not be readers but readers are surely leaders.

Yes, at times we are looking for some inspiration in form of advice, recommendation and suggestion. Let me take the lead in recommending my favorite 101 books.

I’ll take the installment approach. I am sharing the first 25 books via this post. This not only allows me to receive your kind feedback but also allows enough time for you to get hold of these wonderful books and plan your reading adventure.
