Like-o-Maniac

Few words are not the same anymore…

Apple, Touch, Hashtag, LIKE.

And today, it’s about LIKE.

Let’s first get it right.

Most people [MOST of THEM] don’t hit the like button because they like it or because it resonates with them of it makes them a better person.

They hit like because they think it will look good… and cool… or gives them an opportunity to show where they belong… or they are simply getting bored… or because they want to appear on feeds often.

And understanding this can completely change our obsession for like.

So how to know what you like… what they like!

Think about that corner smoking conversation or dinning conversations. Here is the challenge. The things that really matter the most are far too precious to be shared and seek no validation of ‘like’ or ‘share’ or ‘comment’.

Yes, for marketing purpose and to satisfy your obsession to show up every time anyone opens the screen, you can architect content to get a click. Good for you.

But there is an alternate obsession.

To show up and make a difference.
