Something about "Idea"

I see people being obsessed about ideas. And I can understand why. Because how we interpret it is that a great idea leads to massive success. But where’s this great idea located.

I’ve been working with amazing business leaders and professionals (like you). This obsession for idea is real, and perhaps misleading.

Here’s something about idea. A great idea follows a predictable life cycle:

1. Ignorance… I don’t have time to notice.
2. Denial… It’s not for me.
3. Not sure… I think it’s not for me.
4. Fake reassurance… See, I told you it won’t work.
5. Interest… Aha! I think they are doing a decent job out there.
6. Exclusive luck… They are lucky it worked out for them.
7. The party is over… I wish I get such cool ideas to work on.

Repeat.

I wish you ideas… Many ideas… Bad ideas… Great idea!
