Helping my client organizations through change and transformation have surely been the highlight of my career. Having said that, this also allowed me to sum up my years of intense conversations in few simple yet insightful questions that can help YOU in leading change, with relative level of success and clarity. Here are the questions…

  1. WHO are you trying to change?
  2. HOW will they get to know “What’s in it for them?” if they change?
  3. WHAT story are you telling/sharing/spreading?
  4. DOES that story makes sense / resonates with the people you are trying to change?
  5. WHERE lies the fear to change? WHERE is the ‘unknown’ in the fear of ‘unknown’?
  6. WHEN do you expect people to start moving forward in the desired direction and what keeps them from saying ‘later’?
  7. WHY? What will these people tell their friends about why they took this path?

Try it in a safer environment and gradually more forward with confidence!
