What are these interviews trying to judge?
What are they trying to find out?
What value are they adding?
I am not an expert at interviewing. In fact, looking at my track record, I should not even talk about interviewing
But then, the privilege you get of having your blog is that you get to write what you think.
Here are few things that I think we must try to figure out in the next interview conversation. Let’s try. I am sure something magical will happen.
- Ability to change his/her mind
- Response to failure
- Agility to learn new thing
- Courage to take the lead / take the responsibility / take the blame
- Care for the cause
