Looking at continuing education in this competitive, disruptive, ever-changing world is naïve.

Yes, the economy is getting selective. Getting into the system is challenging. But staying in the system is even more demanding. The opportunity to up your game is largely driven by you.

Don’t give yourself excuses. Give yourself compelling reasons to learn… to grow… to be what you always wanted to be.

Don’t listen to them who tell you about:

• Career plateaus. There are no plateaus. There are only hopeless stories you are paying attention to.
• Luck. Luck is when opportunity meets preparation.
• Favoritism. So, you really believe others control your destiny? Not your efforts and your Creators' Will?
