Attention is a scarce resource, and we need to use it wisely. It appears cheaper, but it’s perhaps the costliest thing out there. It often feels tempting to take what’s cheaper, believe what’s on post. It's also convenient as it never bothers your brain. But this is all too costly.

Sad news. We all get the same amount of attention to spend each day.
