You are not succeeding because…

Not succeeding is demanding. It’s a test of competence & character. However, it’s important to understand (pinpoint) why you are not succeeding.
Here are few reasons. You are not succeeding because…
- you’re selling to the wrong people…Choosing the customers is choosing your future success.
- your supply chain may be inefficient.
- it’s costing you more… [and this includes indirect cost + intellectual leverage + debt servicing]
- your people (team) aren’t engaged enough, or they simply don’t care.
- your people are not optimally trained.
- you’re not charging enough.
- your competitor is more comfortable with change.
- your cost of acquiring customer is higher than your competitor or the cost simply the cost is higher than the customer is worth.
- your story is not making any waves with your prospective customers.
- the people you seek to serve don’t think you can help them or they simply don’t trust you.
- the cost of telling your customer that you exist is too high.
- you are lying.
- you are not engaging your community/network/customers.
- your product / service is not relevant.
- people don’t have any reason/story to talk about you.
- you are being selfish.
- you are too early.
- you are too late.
- you are saying far too many “Yes”.
That’s it… add your reason.
Here is my final reason…
“because it’s simply not for you”.
